What this project involves
Everything today lives in a spreadsheet updated by hand. We want one screen: orders at risk, stock cover, and the exceptions someone should act on this morning.
Indicative scope — the client named the parts, not the money

These are the parts of the work, not the money. The client posts a budget range, so the amount per milestone is agreed with whoever is hired — priced in your proposal and split across the team there.
Write a small SQL query that flags orders at risk of missing their promised date, and explain the index you would add.
