What this project involves
Twelve screens built by four people with no shared components. We want tokens, a component library, and the two most complex screens (loan detail, repayment schedule) redesigned in it.
Indicative scope — the client named the parts, not the money

These are the parts of the work, not the money. The client posts a budget range, so the amount per milestone is agreed with whoever is hired — priced in your proposal and split across the team there.
Critique the information hierarchy of a loan repayment screen from a lending app you know, and say what you would change first.
