What this project involves
Our checkout drops one in three UPI attempts on mobile. We need it rebuilt end to end: intent-based UPI, saved cards, clear failure states, and a reconciliation report our finance team can read.
Indicative scope — the client named the parts, not the money
1. Checkout audit and flow redesign

3. Failure handling, reconciliation and rollout
These are the parts of the work, not the money. The client posts a budget range, so the amount per milestone is agreed with whoever is hired — priced in your proposal and split across the team there.
Walk through how you would make a UPI payment failure recoverable — what the user sees, and what you persist server-side.
