What this project involves
Four screens, and we lose people on the second. Redesign it around what someone is trying to do in their first five minutes, not what we want to collect.
Indicative scope — the client named the parts, not the money

2. New flow and screens
3. Prototype test and handoff
These are the parts of the work, not the money. The client posts a budget range, so the amount per milestone is agreed with whoever is hired — priced in your proposal and split across the team there.
